Overview

Position Summary

 

The purpose of this position is the responsibility of the daily office duties. Including assisting when needed the manager and other maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving services and parked invoices from suppliers.
  • Maintaining timecards of hourly and staff employees in SAP.
  • Running reports such as stats, and KPIs and sending them to the appropriate persons.
  • Entering and receiving POs in SAP.
  • Managing Vacation requests and OT equalization lists.
  • Organizing WO and HECP for the execution team.
  • Organizing safety minutes and other documents for the maintenance department.
  • Creating reports using Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Entering information into SAP.
  • Checking and clearing RNV.
  • Entering expense reports.
  • Sending requisitions to the appropriate buyer.

  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Maintains staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • 2 years or more related experience
  • Industry experience an asset but not a must
  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
