Provide housekeeping and cleanup support to the Woodstock Terminal.  Be part of a team that maintains a safe, clean working environment. 


  1. Obey and apply all Company health and safety rules in daily duties.
  2. Conduct field level risk assessment before starting any task.
  3. Ensure all equipment is properly and adequately locked out before starting any task.
  4. Clean up spills, leaks etc as directed by the Production Supervisor or designate.
  5. Follow instructions as per weekly housekeeping schedule.
  6. Operate mobile housekeeping equipment such as vacuum truck, skid steer, walk behind bobcat, water truck and sweeper.
  7. Carry out confined space attendant duties.
  8. Communicate effectively with Production Supervisor or designate to identify and address chronic housekeeping concerns.
  9. Report all safety and environmental incidents in a timely manner.
  10. Inspect all equipment and tools prior to use and initiate work requests to resolve deficiencies.
  11. Carry out adjustments and minor repairs to equipment as needed.
  12. Manual labor, use of jack hammer & shovels

  15. Perform other duties as required.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.


Qualifications for New Hire:

  • Successful completion of High School certificate.
  • Previous experience working in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Basic mechanical skills desirable.
  • Trained and holding current tickets for operating mobile equipment desirable.


Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.


Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
