This is a fill time salaried role located at our Mississauga office.


  • Sort through mail from vendors and inter-office packages and carry out mail runs
  • Provide Reception Support to Corporate Reception
  • Prepare and scan invoices, carrying out through quality-checks, and rescan invoices as necessary
  • Manage e-mail accounts and fax queues: forward, print, and scan invoices as necessary
  • Prepare outbound shipments via courier, Express Post, and regular mail
  • Manage and update daily metrics logs
  • Assist with tracking shipments and pulling scanned documents
  • Clean/maintain scanners, file away scans from previous day, and manage boxes of scanned invoices
  • Stock main/satellite kitchens and manage inventory
  • Answer incoming calls, manage deliveries, and address visitors
  • Assist with less frequent and miscellaneous tasks as necessary
  • Continuously improve operationsIdentify and suggest process and system enhancements
  • Perform at a level that assists in attaining overall and team-level performance measures and goals
  • Maintain and employ service centre knowledge of industry best practices
  • Interface with other North American Business Services (NABS) teams to ensure compliance with cross-team accountabilities
  • Coordinate with other NABS teams to deliver seamless service to customers
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education:  High School diploma/GED



Work Experience:  3-5 years


Travel Requirements:  None





  • Computer Skills:  SAP Experience is an asset. Working knowledge and use of office productivity tools (MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.), Switchboard
  •  Equipment Operation:  Invoice Scanner, Postage Machines, Automatic Mail Opening Machine
  • Experience in data entry in a fast paced environment, highly preferred
  • Experience working in mailroom operations
  • Customer Focus
  • Answering multi-line switchboard
  • Exposure to document management systems, techniques and strategies an asset
  • Experience with scanning/imaging solutions an asset
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong organizational and communications skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem-solving skills to complete activities
