The Manager, P2P Solutions shall be responsible for the facilitation and coordination of all activities related to Disbursements, AP Processing, Vendor Support, Telecom and Leased Vehicles.


  • Develop and maintain, in collaboration with the Head of NABS P2P, all Accounts Payable processes in SAP that include transaction processing, plus Disbursements and Help Desk
  • Liaise with the NABS Procurement Hub, NABS Credit Card Team, Business Units, country Procurement organizations, and GBS regarding standard Procure to Pay, end-to-end policies
  • Collaborate with other NABS modules such as Master Data Management (MDM), Order to Cash (O2C), Hire to Retire (H2R), Record to Report (R2R), as well as Indirect Tax, Legal, Treasury, Internal Control, and external vendors, to achieve excellence in transactional processing
  • Lead a team of AP Specialists and coordinate work volumes to meet Service Level targets
  • Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports
  • Manage department-specific budget
  • Maintain open and continuing communications with all stakeholders of the P2P process
  • Drive improvements and standardization of P2P processes
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas
  • Execute and monitor all respective internal controls, ensuring efficient/effective activities that support organizational objectives, while adhering to applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.




  • Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, resolution of supplier inquiries and response to telecom issues
  • Prompt, courteous resolution of P2P issues with operations
  • Standards across North America, relating to P2P functions, developed and maintained
  • An effective and efficient team environment fostered, including career development plans for team members
  • Proper P2P systems and procedures
  • Enhance the safety culture of LafargeHolcim by adhering to safety policies, taking ownership for ensuring a safe workplace, ensuring departmental representation on the Joint Health & Safety Committee, and demonstrating support for organizational safety initiatives
  • Internal controls providing reasonable assurance of effective and efficient operations, including actions to prevent and detect fraud and protect Company resources

Relationships with Other Jobs:

  • Procurement Hub, Credit Card and Document Centre teams within NABS P2P
  • MDM, O2C, R2R, H2R teams at NABS
  • Chief Procurement Officers and Operational Procurement Managers in NA Countries
  • Indirect Tax, Treasury, Legal, Internal Control and other Core Teams
  • IT and Project teams relating to P2P systems



  • Undergraduate degree preferably in accounting, business, commerce, IT, or equivalent experience


Experience and Skill Set:

  • 5+ years of management experience in a diverse organization, preferably within a shared service environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent ERP, Business Intelligence application skills
  • Excellent ability to influence with and without authority
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent management and people development abilities


Leadership & Managerial Competencies:

  • Proven ability to identify problems quickly, make sound judgments, establish and implement solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively/convincingly at all levels (including technical and operational) and with all functions at least in English and local language.
  • Effective time management, planning and organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and drive tasks to completion in a fixed time-frame and in a pressured environment.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships across multiple functions.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguities, conflicts and adversarial relationships.
  • Proven ability in analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Superior negotiation skills.
