    We are looking to hire a recent graduate or somebody with 1-2 years experience with branding, marketing campaigns, and digital marketing. In this role you will be exposed to a lot of projects, new products to be launched, and much much more. This will be a challenging role and filled with opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge by leading many of our marketing initiatives.






    The Marketing coordinator is responsible for the support in developing and executing integrated marketing plans, including events and initiatives that will promote Lafarge’s products and develop positive engagement with community members, customers, builders, engineers, etc.




    • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
    • Prepares and interprets marketing research and analysis on customer needs, values, expectations, market segmentation and program and service development opportunities tools to support data-driven marketing efforts.
    • Support the development of marketing plans for the Infrastructure segment, product lines and solutions in Canada
    • Track the performance of his or her segment/product lines and initiatives
    • Identify opportunities to gather meaningful data and assist the Marketing Director in preparing innovative and meaningful marketing strategies and plans that deliver focused and measurable results.
    • Provide support to the marketing team in the planning and execution of trade shows and events.
    • Track, analyze and monitor the results of various marketing projects and share results with stakeholders.
    • Create ad-hoc reports using data analysis.


    You must be a recent university or college graduate within the last 2 years OR you will be completing your degree/diploma May 2018.


    • Post secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Business or related field
    • 2 – 3 years’  marketing support experience
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly
    • Self-starter, capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems, and improve work environment
