    Overview

    Lafarge ready mix Barrie is looking for a registered truck and coach mechanics apprentice

    Responsibilities

    This position will require you to work on our fleet of ready mix trucks and assist with repairs to our plants.

    This is a Monday to Friday day shift position with occasional overtime.

    Wage to be determined based on experience.  

    Qualifications

    • You must be registered and in good standing with the College of trades.
    • Must be self motivated, a quick learner and possess a keen attention to detail.
    • Must be able to follow direction.
    • Must have own tools and tool box
    • Must have own work boots.
    • Strong computer skills an asset
    • Valid G license is a must. Valid DZ / AZ license an asset
