    We are currently looking for an experienced (3 + years), safety conscious and quality orientated Carpenter to work full time at the Lafarge Precast Plant in Saskatoon.


    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints needed for concrete Precast forms. Assist other carpenters with the assembly of framework. Prepare layouts of forms from drawings that are provided (specifications and codes specially used in Precast formwork).
    • Measure, cut, and assemble in accordance to the specifications provided. The use of numerous different power tools including hand saws and table saws. Knowledge of different kinds of wood that would appropriate to use depending on the size of form being built.


    • Journeyman Carpenter trade certificate
    • CSTS-09 and other safety certificates are considered assets
    • Carpentry Experience in a precast setting is an asset. ( 3+ years experience)
    • Team Player and safety orientated
    • Must undergo and successfully pas a pre access drug and alcohol testing
