    Overview

    Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Operations Manager will have a significant experience in the operation of Ready Mix Batch Plants. You will be assigned to our 3 year project located in Argentia, Newfoundland and Labrador.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible to develop and promote a zero harm safety culture in the execution of the work and support the Company's safety, quality and environment programs. 
    • Managing the day-to-day activities of the project and ensuring the manufacturing of ready mix concrete meet quality standards and the client's requirements
    • Ensure that all project activities are in support of overall project goals.
    • Be responsible for improving project operations and efficiency
    • Manage employees to meet the production schedule
    • Establish and follow a maintenance plan for equipment 
    • Manages raw material inventory and supply planning

    Qualifications

    You are a leader in your field and passionate about the work you do. You have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and computer skills.
