Reporting to the General Manager of Concrete Products, the Commercial Sales Manager has responsibility for sales, marketing, and strategy development in the Greater Edmonton and Northern Alberta market area’s underground construction materials business. The position will be responsible for managing the sales force and customer portfolio, leading revenue performance, and achieving sales and financial goals while focusing on high quality customer service. In addition, this role will lead the pricing and commercial strategy for the business.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal/relationship-building, customer service, and leadership skills. An ability to grasp the technical aspects of the product line is required.
