    The Operations Support Role is responsible for the support of several operational functions and performance for the site. 


    You will also be visiting multiple sites across the GTA so it is preferred if you had access to a car.


    They will be exposed to a variety of projects around the site including (but not limited to):

    • Technical projects: capital projects, mine planning, and geophysics
    • Data analysis and Operational KPI support
    • Maintenance planning and systems support
    • 5S(sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) projects
    • Safety support and administration
    • front end support and customer service


    A good overall performance could lead to larger technical roles in subsequent years.


    Relationships with Others Functions:

    • Reports to the Plant Managers, Operations Managers, and/or Plant Foremen
    • Works closely with other Plant Staff, Maintenance, Distribution, Quality, and Area Safety Staff


    Education/Work Experience:

    • Currently enrolled in a College or University program


    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Good written and verbal communications
    • Demonstrated time management and teamwork skills
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
    • Database knowledge and other computer packages (programming) is an asset
